The mission of the Washougal Arts and Cultural Alliance is to foster a thriving local art scene that enhances a strong sense of place and community. The Alliance works in collaboration with artists, teachers, businesses, government agencies, and other community organizations to support and promote regional artists, increase opportunities for youth participation, and enhance exposure to the arts for residents and visitors to the area.
